Great culture, puts the customer experience first. Bare has a service culture that is warm and welcoming.
Cons
Bare doesn't have a minimum purchase for make up application. I think this needs to change if you want to make money and maximize traffic, especially if you are going to hold your team accountable to those metric expectations.
