      Good discount, nice to work for a "clean" beauty brand. Friendly, hardworking people across the business.

      Cons

      Not the most experienced creatives I worked with, even senior leadership lacked the vision to push boundaries creatively and elevate the brand. Multiple rounds of layoffs, apparently one a year (in the last three)
