Pros
Overall decent compensation, environment and benefits package. The Company as a whole works to create a pretty good experience for their employs, better than working at a department store cosmetics counter.
Cons
Despite a decent environment, while I was at the company rapid expansion undermined the stores ability to meet sales goals. An in mall store has to compete against Sephora, then Ulta and various other locations.
