Pros
So, Bare is a respected brand and great product. The work is challenging and the subject matter is fun. There are many company activities that are fun. The people there are very talented and inspiring.
Cons
The stress level and expectations are very high. It's not out of the question to give someone twice the workload that they can handle. It's gotten very political over the last few years.
