Incompetent corporate staff who continuously fall short of successfully running a business. Inconsistent with communication and direction. Seems as if they know nothing about actually being in a store environment. Do not set the stores up for success. Continuously giving product away for free or with heavy discounts, providing more incentives to online or wholesale, and then being surprised that unrealistic sales goals are not being met. With several rounds of lay offs, no ones jobs are secure.
