Pros
You work in makeup and its a fun environment. Gratis is awesome and management is willing to work around your schedule.
Cons
Know your worth, I was severely underpaid as a key holder starting at 13.50, most keys start at 15-17. The company strayed from its "girlfriend experience" and is now like every other cosmetic company trying to "sell" and push clients. Its not a commission based job but the employees get viscous with each other.
