Pros
- Clean beauty brand that encourages kindness and being different to the “normal” beauty brands - Connections over cut-throat environment - Supportive area team - Free cosmetics every quarter - Good commission structure if you hit your personal target - Given responsibility and trusted to perform and lead a team - No micro-management (I’m lucky to have a great area manager)
Cons
- Targets sometimes unrealistic - Low stock (store based) - Managing customer service alongside administrative tasks - Weekends/late nights - Counter looks dated quickly with choice of graphics/plates - better communication and support with this from Head Office needed
