-On counter training and support -Great staff discount on products -Good atmosphere on counter -Training, initial training/bootcamp then additional training a few times a year when new products are released etc. -Great products
Cons
-Pay isn't the best -On counter training from area managers but I was never in when they came to train us so received no training off them in the time I worked there
