Best field team in the biz and very good product
Cons
100% turn over in home office team led to a complete breakdown in culture, values and operations. Store closings are ruthless and badly done. Every year there have been layoffs. I've never seen so much turnover in a company and it's just a series of decisions that seem to be leading to liquidating the business.
