Pros
Fun getting to connect with customers and create a positive, safe environment for any person to learn the art of makeup.
Cons
The company doesn't value the employees that are part time, which is mostly everyone but BM and ABM. There is very little room for growth and so many restrictions on what you can and cannot do with a part time position (time off, hours given etc.). The company pushes you to the fullest extent and gives very little in return. I feel extremely under appreciated and like just a number in this company.
