Only full-time, management employees receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401k, and sick time. The company is not generous with starting wages, even for management positions such as Store Manager and Assistant Manager. The expectations for staffing their stores are unrealistic and therefore not always conducive to hiring quality staff. For instance, they will hire someone at 15 hours and expect them to come in 4-5 days a week working 3-4 hour shifts.
