The products are ,great. Lots opportunity to build relationships. Great time to develop a clientele and meet new people. Can take off a head of time.
Cons
A one trick pony with the Natural Look. Limits artistry due to not having certain shade extentions or up to date formula due to being limited to a Natural ingredient list.
