      Pros

      - Opportunity to work with some well-known clients - Good exposure to clients business and people - Some opportunity to shape certain aspects of project work - Pay is roughly in line with industry average - Good practice and standards within the technical side of the business and development team

      Cons

      - Really poor leadership - Quite a non-collaborative approach to work - Sometimes 'Yes' culture to projects and clients, limited resources, resulting in unsustainable working practices, a different process each time and no room to really get your hands on and heads into the work - Very little care or attention for employee health and mental wellbeing - Zero company culture and team ethic - Cold atmosphere, can feels like a group of disengaged freelancers - Real lack of perks and niceties - Office isn't a nice place to work, could do with modernising - No true HR, little integrity and process

However, in the interest of providing GlassDoor users with a balanced view, we feel obliged to point out that the reason your employment with AtomicMedia came to an end after just 9 months was due to your position becoming untenable due to a gross misconduct claim made against you, and you therefore decided to resign on your own accord.       Pros

      I worked at Atomic for just over 2 years and loved it. The people are really talented but also friendly and supportive. The company has a clear vision and was making great progress towards it during my tenure. It was nice to be part of something where everyone was genuinely working together and pulling in the same direction. I was sad to leave (had to move on due to personal reasons) but will be following Atomic closely and wish everyone there the very best for the future.

      Cons

      Hard to think of any, the only thing I would say is that Atomic is in a growth phase and probably will be for the next few years which means that things will move fast and there will be changes. A lot changed in the time I was there but it was alway communicated well and felt like a team effort, so I found it exciting, but some people might not.
