Pros

Site coordinators are good at different sites Based on coworkers, there could be a group bond, which is nice Based on the school sites, some festivals are cool Good job to have if you are a student looking for work experience with students

Cons

No raises at all for part-time No benefits for part-time Based on the school site, management might be good or bad Based on the school site, some schools will like you or hate you. The program is based on past employers, so be careful You can be critiqued based on other coworkers' mistakes Not a lot of leadership opportunities or additional work opportunities The hiring management will hire unqualified people to work at different school sites, which is troubling because they always end up quitting, leaving sites with low staff
