      Provide protection of organization and private properties and personnel as well as information technology to safe guard them from brokerage, fire and preventing unauthorized individual treas pass on premises or facility.Observing and reporting criminal activity , directing traffic, responding to emergencies.

      Starting pay is good for people starting off and job is relatively easy because of the schedule to follow

      Management is pushy and HR is not helpful in regards to covid

      Pros

      Some staff and kids are fun/ rewarding to work with. Schedule can be adjusted to fit needs. Gives a good outlet for some of the students.

      Cons

      Terrible training and communication. Complete disconnect between office and sites. Unrealistic expectations and goals. No support from home office, threats and consequences are constantly given to employees, even for issues they are not connected to. Some Upper management have very nasty demeanor, and are incapable of working with and communicating to staff.
