      Great products and solid people in Canada. Potential opportunities for growth in other markets if you are willing to move.

      Cons

      Canada has become a satellite office and have taken all the legacy knowledge out of Canada and leaving very little opportunities in the market. Senior leadership out of the US don't care about the people - they just say they do.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
