      Pros

      it has been a great 5 years at adidas in austria in which i have lived through the struggles of the company as well as the re-emergence in an even stronger way. Sense of belonging, Diversity & inclusion , as well as high performing team members all attribute to personal & collective growth

      Cons

      Big organisation, some workflows/processes are sometimes overcomplicated and demand more time & energy than optimal, but i guess that is normal for each organisation.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
