Location is not that exciting and people in this area are very conservative. Not enough freedom within the company to follow your dreams and ambitions. Majority of people just do their job for the paycheck, not because they love it! A lot of company politics. After few years, you will really feel like you are just a number in the company. A lot of turnower - people come and go. People are moving to different teams which is confusing. Lots of talking - not enough action!
