High workload, never ending restructurings, subjective unfair performance evaluation, incompetent first level leadership, hypocrisy of senior management leading by fear while projecting the opposite, sold out values for numbers and false image. Elitist leadership lecturing about values and e.g. female empowerment while enjoying the luxury of maintaining well educated, non working wifeys who take care of all the rest outside work.
