Pros

When I moved over to Germany to work for adidas, I was thrilled at the opportunity. That thrill wore off almost as soon as the ink was dry on my contract. Yes, it's a global company with great name recognition, but it's honestly amazing that they've gotten to the size they are considering how they operate. I've worked for a lot of companies but it's a nightmare how slowly they work and the hurdles you have to jump thru. I was brought over here for the expertise I have in my field so I thought that meant they were open minded to change, but that's not at all the case. I'm nothing but a glorified button pusher, but my senior managers get to brag that they have a foreigner on their team that knows what they are doing. If you're considering moving over to Germany, know that adidas is great at marketing and what I got sold is definately far from what got delivered! I

Cons

excessive bureacracy, lack of openness to change, all marketing and no "meat".
