Zywave is like many tech companies who must adapt to changing market conditions which requires optimizing our organizational structure. While difficult, these changes do not equate to dishonesty.

      Pros

      The company has gone through a leadership change over the past two years and it shows — the strategy makes sense now and people actually believe in it. The people here are great and willing to help, which makes a big difference. If you want to grow and take on more, the opportunity is there.

      Cons

      The product portfolio is broad and priorities can shift quickly — if you need a predictable environment this probably isn't the right fit. The pace is fast and you have to be comfortable with that.
