There is little to no communication from other teams outside of your departments. Sales will not explain contracts or information to partners accurately and it will make your job hell as they don't believe they need to communicate to anyone after they have made the deal. You will be asked to do WAY more than what is first advertised as no one wants to do anything in any of the other departments. They also had two layoffs within one year both around the holidays. Yikes,
No one calls partners except collections, infuriating clients as they do not have a customer service department at all. There are five partner success works for thousands of partners and the work load is insane, making it very difficult to be successful.
