Thank you for your review and perspective. We do highly value employee feedback and use it as a basis for many decisions. Our recent engagement survey indicates 87% of employees feel satisfied with company communications and 84% feel comfortable sharing their ideas with management. We will continue to find ways to further improve feedback channels.
The company has gone through a leadership change over the past two years and it shows — the strategy makes sense now and people actually believe in it. The people here are great and willing to help, which makes a big difference. If you want to grow and take on more, the opportunity is there.
Cons
The product portfolio is broad and priorities can shift quickly — if you need a predictable environment this probably isn't the right fit. The pace is fast and you have to be comfortable with that.
