Upper management are out of touch. They will say they are supportive but when it comes down to it their main concern is forecasting good news. If the news is not good you will need to change the narrative or you will be called out in front of your peers. There are too many middle managers trying to justify their roles who drive bad behaviour through favouritism. People who manage up well will be rewarded not the people focusing on their customers and doing whats right for them. Has been a lot of churn in the sales team due to toxic individuals. This is very likely to continue
