Pros

The product sells itself. People NEED Zoominfo so your target market is the entire world. The people you work with will be one of the reasons that make work less stressful than it is—a decent entry-level job. Solid Benefits. Food at work from time to time. They have multiple positions that you can move up to however it goes by what's available. You will gain a lot of experience in a short amount of time. It will push you out of your comfort zone. ZI also provides training and certs if you want to get better at your job and eventually land a better one.

Cons

The politics, every job has its politics and ZoomInfo is no different. The quota is monthly. The name of the game is Conversion. Doesn't matter how many people's toes you step on. You convert, you're a king. Not everyone is treated the same and you have to be likable, especially to management. To be successful here you have to burn out. You HAVE to work unpaid OT (even though nobody tells you that) to hit quota. In this role it's not about selling, it's about conversion. Lie, manipulate, and fabricate if you have to because completes can be hard to come by. Since you are in sales it is a what have you done for me lately environment, ZoomInfo is no different. They WILL NOT adjust the quota for you if you get sick or go on vacation. You will be underpaid compared to other companies in the same role. You must be invested in your own growth! Do not believe anyone in management here at their word! Until you get moved or promoted then you can celebrate. Until then there are a lot of empty promises even after hitting your targets! Please put yourself first. Put aside money, keep taking interviews, keep getting better at your job, and do not get comfortable. This place is churn and burn. You have been warned.

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
