Pros

- I will say this is definitely a company where if you work hard, you will see promotions follow (to some degree) - Benefits are up to cultural standard - The amount of resources for learning is actually quite impressive. If you want to learn more about a product for your specific job role, you can find it, which is super helpful to gain an edge.

Cons

I won't get too carried away in this - but in the time that I have worked here I have noticed the insanely obvious resistance this company has to paying people a competitive base salary and or commission. (Management might respond to this review below trying to convince you all otherwise, but I'm telling you that it's simply not true.) ZoomInfo is laser focused on growing so much right now and I truly believe they are willing to forgo short term losses - like competitive salaries - to accomplish this goal. I broke into sales because I knew that this was a lucrative industry, and the allure of being in sales and putting up with high stress is that most accomplished sales companies like Stryker or Abbvie, pay handsomely for their teams. Traditionally, sales companies throw money left and right for over the top performance - ZoomInfo does NOT. This company doesn't give any Christmas bonuses, yearly bonuses, quarterly bonuses, nothing, zilch, nada, for their sales teams. At least not the ones I have been in so far. Which is WILD to me, is this not a large sales company? I have plenty of friends in similar positions at other companies and it's frustrating hearing them talk about all the additional lucrative bonuses they get for exceeding their targets - because it takes an approval from congress to get any significant kickback from this place, and even then it pales in comparison to what other corporations are handing out. Their salary & commission structure is nothing to run home to either comparatively. Time and time again I see job postings for other companies hiring SDR's who's base salary & commissions end up higher than my account manager salary + commissions. NICE LOL The way that I see it, this is a great place to break into the sales ecosystem - but once you have garnered the appropriate amount of experience, take your talents elsewhere. I guarantee you will make FAR more and will be better off. Although I'd love to, sadly I don't see this company as a place I'd ever retire....

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
