We have a clear code of business ethics that every employee signs before they start work with us, and we expect all employees to abide by it, including and especially our leadership. Any perceived unethical business practices should immediately be reported to HR or anonymously on our whistleblower hotline. Please speak up if you see something wrong!
One point of clarification I would like to make, though, because it’s incredibly important to us – we have a turnaround time of less than 48 hours for requests to remove data from our platform and currently our backlog stands at zero. Our Compliance team did a fantastic job smoothing out this process in Q4. Also, as a point of fact, we have never in the history of the company doubled quotas.
