Cons
My biggest con here is that not all departments are aligned or managed as effectively across the board and consistently from one leader to next when reorganizing or growing which creates real tension amongst teams and staff, and has led many great team members to leave. Better mid-tier leadership and clearer, more consistent communication throughout all levels of the organization would help this immensely.
