Pros
This career has been great for me and my family. I never thought I'd make as much money as I was making even just 2 years in. The great thing is, I see the new hires already surpassing my personal records. Its a meritocracy and there is opportunity for everyone. A huge addressable market and proven solutions that bring our customers immediate value, you can believe in what you're selling and learn a ton along the way. My journey has felt like an MBA. Incredible , and I do mean incredible leadership in Bethesda. If you want to take it to the next level, I'd highly recommend.
Cons
Requires your full commitment to be successful. Not really a con as most things in life worth doing are hard. I do not recommend if you're looking to clock in and out without breaking a sweat.
