Pros

It is a toxic work environment. If you like that, you can work here. Otherwise, steer clear.

Cons

This company pulls you in with promises of getting rich but there is nothing glamorous about it. The equipment IT provides is outdated and slow. Onboarding feels like a slaughterhouse, where they just push you through to the next person who barely wants to be there. If you have what it takes (and let me assure you, you dont), you can succeed. Otherwise, they will treat you like crap until you end up quitting or get fired for looking at someone wrong. The CEO's ego is off the charts. He came in to the old building and unplugged the game room. He then wanted everyone to come in during COVID before the state allowed it. He exhibits disgusting behavior that I wouldn't wish on anyone. You will never be allowed to work from home. You also get unlimited PTO which really means 15 days. They wont pay it out when you quit/get fired.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback and regret that your experience at ZoomInfo was not positive. We’re incredibly proud of our world-class, comprehensive onboarding program that immerses our new hires in the systems and tools they need to not only come up to speed quickly, but to set them up for long-term career success. ZoomInfo has a culture of excellence and of rewarding excellence, as you pointed out. One of our core values is Define New Possibles. Those who do well at ZoomInfo are people that challenge themselves to get 1% better every day. Our CEO, Henry Schuck, crafted our core values when he founded the company over a decade ago. Since then, his leadership has been highly lauded, most recently in the FORTUNE 40 Under 40 2020 list and Comparably.com’s list of Best CEOs 2020 and Best CEOs for Diversity 2021 We would like to emphasize that we have followed federal, state, and local restrictions and guidelines surrounding COVID-19 to the letter of the law. At the moment, we have soft-opened our offices to give fully vaccinated employees the option to come in if they would like. At no point is/was this ever mandatory. In fact, almost all of our U.S.-based employees are currently working remotely. Going forward, ZoomInfo is offering a variety of flexible work options to support our employees’ work-life balance. Our Flexible Time Off policy means there is no set amount of days of PTO allotted to employees. We encourage our employees to use this policy to take the time they need to recharge. We wish you success in your next career endeavor.

Pros

Get stuff done culture. Really increased the talent density over time. Good people who genuinely care. Forward thinking on AI - most companies are not there

Cons

Pace can cause whiplash - but a lot of it is market conditions and the need to adapt

Pros

ZoomInfo has an incredible company culture that truly stands out-- even working remotely, you feel connected and part of something bigger. The company has a strong focus on being a leader in its space and is constantly innovating, which keeps the work exciting and meaningful. There is a genuine willingness to let ideas and concepts flourish, and employees are empowered to contribute in real ways. I am coming up on four years here, which speaks for itself-- this is a place where you can grow, get promoted quickly, and build a real career. The development resources are outstanding, including McKinsey Leadership programs, internal leadership courses, and LinkedIn Learning. Managers are supportive and invested in your success which makes showing up to work exciting

Cons

At times, communication between departments can be a challenge at the individual contributor level, which can make cross-functional collaboration feel a bit siloed. Additionally, there is still work to be done around diversity in leadership-- increasing representation of people of color and women in leadership roles would make an already great culture even stronger.
