Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and for the kind words about our sales process and product-market fit. We're proud of both. Your comments about lack of connection concern me. I never want anyone to feel like just another name in a Slack channel. At ZoomInfo, we work hard to run lean and nimble, and that means everyone here has a meaningful role to play and real ownership over their work. If that sense of connection and purpose isn't coming through, that's important for us to know. I genuinely encourage you to bring this up with your manager, and my door is always open to you as well. These conversations matter, and we want to make sure you feel seen, valued, and connected to the work and the people around you. Thank you again for sharing. – Steven Bryerton, ZoomInfo SVP of New Business Sales

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
