Pros

You will have excellent coworkers, it’s the only reason to take the job. Money is fine too, but does lag industry peaks.

Cons

Does leadership even know what they’re doing anymore? Bad decision after bad decision, leading to continual downsizing. Product launches that get minimal support after launch (or simply launch to zero fanfare and end up being more expensive than competitors). A legacy product that remains the most expensive, and increasingly least nimble. SMB customers churn half the time! And they are planning on “consolidating” the product. Which, hello! Means they’re going to lay even more people off once they get the kinks ironed out. Run for the hills, people.

Thank you for sharing your candid feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience has felt frustrating and uncertain. We recognize that the software industry has faced a uniquely challenging and fast-changing environment over the past year, and in moments like these, companies have to be willing to adapt strategy to meet evolving market needs. At ZoomInfo, we have always believed in staying nimble and not doing something simply because it has always been done that way. We believe we have the right team, the right strategy, and strong momentum as we move forward. We appreciate all you do and have done for ZoomInfo. – Jennifer Creticos, ZoomInfo Chief Business Officer

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
