A complete shell of what ZoomInfo once was. During 2021-22 the company was the premier player in the space. The IPO was very exciting and a massive milestone but things quickly changed. A massive disconnect formed between CEO and business development, useless “innovation” and no clear angle for our teams to provide useful meetings for revenue. Senior BD lost focus on revenue and switched to empty KPIs and metrics to fulfill their own numbers. During this, our competitors filled gaps and caught up to us and even passed in many ways.
I would highly consider what sort of sales environment you thrive in before looking at this company.
