Pros

Truly a stellar experience fueled by amazing leaders. From the quality of the meaningful work we do to, most importantly, the people—it's been an incredible ride. I feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood on a deep level, which is a company culture I've rarely encountered. Leaders here care deeply about their teams, not just the metrics, and actively help us tap into our ultimate potential. My direct manager is a standout; she understands what motivates me, gives me the freedom to experiment and work cross functionally, and completely trusts me to deliver. She is always ready to support me and truly has my back. This trust has been key to helping me thrive and take on new, challenging tasks that truly drive my growth and success.

Cons

I genuinely have no cons regarding my experience at ZoomInfo.

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
