Not for the faint of heart. The culture here is very much, you either sink or swim; there is no in-between. Like any organization, nothing is perfect. There tends to be a disconnect between CxO and their middle management, which can make it difficult to push through prioritization. However, almost all larger organizations face this struggle, so it's not surprising. Sometimes, because we are all very entrepreneurial here, battling too much at one time can be challenging. There are so many big ideas, but it's hard to execute when everyone is trying to "boil the ocean".
