Pros

ZoomInfo is a great company to work for. Not only it has created amazing work environment where you can soar high and advance, but it puts their people first. Amazing company hiring amazing people, where we all can make a difference and our voices are heard. Fantastic benefits packages to choose from. Great pay structure. Open door policies. Promotion opportunities within. Hands on training. In my entire career (prior to ZoomInfo), I've always work for much, much smaller companies, and I feared working in a very big corporate environment. However, while ZoomInfo is a global company, it made me feel like home.

Cons

If I had any cons, it would be at times the last minute business decision, but then again... In any business, when a good opportunity presents its self it would be crazy not to jump on it.

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
