We really value you sharing your thoughts, because the feedback of our current and past Zipsters helps us improve the experience for our global team. While it's pleasing to hear you bonded with some amazing Zipsters and got some great creative work done as part of a remote team, it's unfortunate you feel that your experience didn't hit the mark in other areas. We pride ourselves on our open and transparent culture. As you know, the external market changed rapidly, which meant making changes to the team and re-thinking the way we work. So while we unfortunately said goodbye to a small percentage of our global workforce, we’re now set up for more sustainable growth and success going forward. To your point on communication channels, we have recently introduced a brand new intranet platform. This complements our internal collaboration tool Slack and our fortnightly All Hands calls and regular Exec email updates, and gives Zipsters more choice in how they consume the information they need, when they need it.
