      A lot of pressure. Some mean managers. If you have been working there long time, you get respect. A lot od bullying.

      Pros

      The autonomy, structure, atmosphere. Intern is respected and a part of the iZettle family instead of only being considered as a temporary intern.

      Not being able to have any joint problem solving and team work.
