Pros
There are countless reasons why I still work here. The environment is ideal for anyone who wants to see their true potential. The phrase 'promote yourself' rings true at this company. No one will tell you what direction to go in your career. You have the chance to find out yourself. No matter what your degree was in, you can go into development, training, sales, or QA. There is no micromanaging, but still a very supportive environment. You are able to truly solve problems on your own but also not be afraid to ask questions. Everyone is on the same team here. And I think one of the best parts about this job, is that you can truly see your work make a difference. At the end of the day, you always feel accomplished. Here are some other positive aspects about the company; culture, core values, flexibility, the people, flat structure, no corporate ladder, benefits.
Cons
The company is still in 'start up' mode. Which means, there is still quite a bit of chaos and everything moves fast. Which for me, is part of the fun, but may not be for everyone. The pay is good, but you won't be driving a Lamborghini anytime soon. That being said, if company triples profit in a year, you know that the employees will benefit from that.
