Extremely micromanaged and highly disorganized. Overly long templates for every single task and student deliverable. Very high student caseload for an expensive service. There is no way to provide ROA to families without overextending yourself. Company forces you to use a slow and clunky PC to access resources and communications distributed across a huge number of apps and repositories. Tons of typos in messy internal resources.
