      Pros

      Great hook, they will agree to what ever you want to hear.

      Cons

      The company accepts a monthly fee to promote therapists who are in private practice. They do not promote what the therapists wishes. You will NEVER speak to a Zen care employee after the sales call is a done deal. Ever. They will send sweet, kind flowery messages that mean nothing and are meant to keep you thinking they are listening, Their engineers are not at all experienced and can't manage the site.

      Pros

      I had a really good experience working at Zencare a few years ago! The leadership team was extremely organized and the job was very structured. Additionally, there was an amazing culture of work-life balance. Leadership and employees all logged off work in the evenings and we had quiet hours, which meant staff was encouraged not to email or send a slack message from the evening until the next morning. A great place to work!

      The commission structure was minimal and there wasn't opportunity to make a lot more money through commission.
