      I have not found any pros since I started working here

      Cons

      Everybody is disorganized. Has been the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Can’t wait to find another job. Managers are not prepped nor do they know what they are doing. They ask you to do something without giving you the proper training to do so they set you up for failure.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
