      - Good for students - Flexible Schedules - Will get recognized for hard work and consistent attendance - Managers were approachable and easy to have a conversation with - You will receive a gift during holidays

      Cons

      - Often understaffed which sometimes leads to 1 person doing a 2 person job - Very busy during the holidays - can't request a time off

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
