-Poor management -Never let their employees leave on time on closing ex.like 40 mins. 20 mins late it depend and manager tells you that this is retail. This is not retail at all they are twisting the definition of it, I believe they are making the job more tough and making people not willing to work for them. This is the basic rule, if I come to work on time and was schedule to leave on that time the manager should let us leave instead keeping us to work extended hour which they always did breaking the promises. -Wasting sources(employees), no training are provided they just tell you to do that and that, never explain much -scheduling shifts that are not available -Never replied employee emails -Lack of organization
