      Stress and time management skills developed due to massive work pressure and no assistant or help from senior positions and lack of staffing

      Cons

      Hours reduced by 50%, budgets increased by 100% no support from regionals or store manager, silly deadlines and unrealistic tasking, no time for customer service. Huge pay cuts given out by re-naming positions but doing same jobs

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
