      Pros

      Fast paced environment where you get to make an impact on the business. Not only focused on the visual aspect of the store, but also the commercial. Great benefits; 401k, medical, discount recently increased. You learn a different way of working from most companies and there is never a dull moment.

      Cons

      The retail life is difficult. Must work during the busy holidays and sometimes weekends.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
