Pros
Great benefits, you got clothes allocations to be on trend each seasons. Well up to date with rfid system. You have to be very pro active and to have initiative .If you keep up, the day will pass superfast. Good team work and fun staff.
Cons
Sales season can be very exhausting as well as keeping the store clean. Customers are quite rude sometimes and shop like they have no manners to behave. The deptartement managers don't get along togethers and the GM is rarely doing tasks except doing schedules who make non-sense all the time( work 9 days in a row..).and humiliating her staff in front of customers. If you are in the need to call or email any of your "dt or hr" don't expect them to answer you back anytime soon, same thing for customer service; they use to call back 3-4 days laters if it's not weeks... Be sure to have friends at the office.
