      Very Catty Envirronment, much like high school, definitely a lot of gossip. Other managers will throw each other under the bus for no reason other than to make themselves look good infront of the store director and area team.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
