      Good salary, free uniform, diverse roles and responsibilities.

      Cons

      Long hours standing, regular extra working hours, unfriendly manager, no flexibility with holidays during Summer for beginners, discount at Inditex only after working more than 6 months. Extra hours were unpaid and transformed in holidays, although since I left after a couple months, they paid them to me.

      There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

      Cons

      Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
