Pros
They say there is a lot of room for advancement but I haven't see that quite yet however the associates are very hands on.
Cons
The training is fast paced and after you're done they just throw you to the wolves with little explanation about the different styles leaving you to sound like an idiot in front of customers. The hours are terrible.
